    I am a new member from northern Norway. I have had shih tzu for 20 years,only males. Now I have 9 males, 6 in full coat. I enjoy showing my boys once in a while.My homepage:http://www.annes-shih-tzu.net

    Thanks for warm welcome! First, it is hard work to keep 6 shih tzu males in full coat.I bathe those 6 once a week.The other 3 that are cut short,I bathe every 2-3 weeks,so I bathe a dog almost every day.I have become accustomed to it. I have worked also up till the age of 62,being a teacher.But last year I have stayed at home as I have stopped working.Much better time for the shih tzu.
    I mostly show my dogs in the north,Norway,Sweden and Finland.

    Well I have one in full coat and my new little boy half way there and Daisy is clipped off as her coat is very curly and she has a wooly thick undercoat and keeping on top of them is jolly hard work so you have my greatest admiration keeping 6 going daisy

    I am part-owner in a shih tzu kennel(Romani's),and my friend has the bitches,but we do not breed often,maybe one litter a year as we find some people breed too much,only to earn money.
    I do not want to have litters, as I think I would keep them all to myself affraid
