I don't think you should take her back. The breeder is obviously not trustworthy if he hasn't even told you the breed.. and has negelcted to worm her, who knows what else.
I think you should speak to your Kennel Club and get a list of breeders that are trustworthy and then speak to those and see what litters are available. Also, save up some money so you have some behind you to cover worming, vaccination fees and any other unanticipated medical conditions.
You will need to check that the breeder is worming the puppies every 2 weeks up and you will need to carry on this process until they are 12 weeks old, then monthly until they are 6 months and then quarterly thereafter. This is SO important.
