Thank you both! We just rescued a Shih Tzu, Susie, this weekend...she is so ugly she's cute at this point. I believe she is a breeder who wasn't very well taken care of, although she is pretty well behaved in the house. Her teeth are in horrible shape, it's hard for her to eat...hair is a MESS, skin is scaly from all the fleas and ticks that were covering her in the beginning. She is a work in progress! She is also SSSOOOO loving, and has such a sweet personality. Can't wait to get her to the groomers a time or two, get her on a good diet and teach her how spoiled she's supposed to be!
